We offer both track and untracked postage options to give you more choices.

Tracking is currently not available to every country but please get in touch if the option does not appear for you.

Average delivery times once dispatched:

Europe: 3-10 working days

International: 5 - 15 working days

If you need to return a purchase, please contact us through our various channels to discuss this and make arrangements. Returns within the EU fall under EU law. If you’re outside of the EU, we will always discuss your options. Returns must be received in original condition for a full refund.

All products come with a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner. Regular wear & tear or damage from general use, neglect, misuse, improper installation or crash damage is not covered.

Accidents happen. If any product is damaged beyond safe use, please get in touch and we will be happy to offer a replacement at a discounted price.

The warranty applies to the original owner but crash replacement can apply to all TRC products.Please get in touch if you have any problems because we’d like to know! We will always do our best to support every TRC product but the level of support is at our discretion.
